Turkish Man Wears Copper Wire Cage on His Head to Quit Smoking

A 42 year old Turkish man Ibrahim Yucel, recently have decided to put on a locked metal cage over his head in order to quit smoking. Ibrahim Yucel has been using two packs of tobacco cigarette on daily basis for last 26 years and despite lot of efforts to quit, he could not overcome this grimy routine.

Each year, on his wedding anniversary and his three children’s birthday, he would give up tobacco cigarette but never went more than a few days without them. His family members, coworkers, and friends all tried to encourage him to quit using tobacco cigarette, but he could not do it despite several attempts.

A few months before, after losing his father to smoking induced lung cancer, Ibrahim Yucel recognized that regular smoking just was not significance losing his life over and putting his children and wife through the similar hardships. 

Despite lot of effort to quit smoking through usual means but he could not do it; at least he decided to try unusual solution. Inspired by motor bike helmet, Ibrahim Yucel decided to wear a metal cage over his head that would help him to quit smoking
