Lars Christian Iuel (Left), CEO Telenor Pakistan, responding to customers’ tweets
Lars Christian Iuel, CEO Telenor Pakistan, directly interacted with Telenor customers today during an online session that he called “a lot of fun”.
As part of “Customer First Day” celebrations, CEO Telenor Pakistan was taking questions from customers on Telenor’s official Facebook and Twitter accounts to respond them personally.
Initial count – as claimed by Telenor — suggests that Lars responded to 63 queries during the session that lasted for around an hour.
Not surprisingly, majority of the complaints were related to network quality. Signal drop issues, call connectivity and slow speed of mobile internet is what customers was largely concerned about.
Besides this online question-answer session, Telenor Pakistan senior management and employees will be meeting with customers directly and getting their feedback at public locations in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi along with other locations nationwide.
Telenor CEO promised to continue interacting with customers in future too.
